Hi there! How’s your root chakra today?

Muladhara chakra governs sexuality and sensuality.

That makes sense, right?

It’s located in your …well, your loins.

It’s also your source of security, as we chatted about yesterday.

Are you the kind of person who seeks security from your relationships?

I’m working on it though!

We so badly want other people to be our better half, to fulfill us where we can’t fulfill ourselves.

But here’s the thing:

There’s no such thing as security.

There’s no such thing as your other half.

There’s nothing anyone can give you that you don’t already have.

All anyone can do is shine their light on the part of your soul hidden in the shadows of your traumas.

Here’s what you do about it:

You have to seek that security from something deeper than humanity.

You have to sit with the supreme knowledge that you are whole and complete.

You have to be comfortable with the fact that you are human and subject to fallibility, and so is everyone else.

And you have to chant.

Oh yeah.

We’re gonna chant today.
