What is true?

It’s an existential question.

We can take it literally, in the physical world:

What is true:

  • what your fingers are touching

  • what your eyes see

  • what it feels like to breathe

  • the taste of a fresh strawberry

All of those things are real and true.

But you can imagine what a strawberry tastes like without actually eating it.

Is that also true?

Or is that just a thought?

Are any thoughts true?

Let’s figure it out:

Hooray! Let’s practice telling which thoughts are true.

Sweet! Let’s move through an active upper back and neck flow.

Glorious! Let’s get rid of some stuff!
