Appropriate for All vinyasa yoga, with a towel for heated classes. May be too thin for restorative and yin yoga.
Pros: Compact and easy to travel with. Sticky for non-heated classes.
Cons: Requires towel for super hot classes, might be too thin if you need padding for joints. Smaller than your average mat.
This is one of the few mats that I’ve repurchased, having lost a few, exclusively because it is SO easy to pack. It is pretty sticky until I get a little sweaty, at which point I need a towel. It’s super thin, which I love because I prefer to practice without a mat if I can help it. If you travel at all, this is the mat to purchase.
