We ascribe so much of what we feel to our outside circumstances.

We see a cute puppy: a smile.

We see a starving homeless human: a flinch.

Wind passes by: a shiver.

The sun beams directly overhead: sweat.

We’re constantly bombarded with sensory stimuli.

It’s overwhelming.

It’s exhausting, all at once.

Let’s focus.

One thing at a time.
