We’re zoning in on anahata chakra, the heart chakra, your source of compassion.

Compassion is merely your desire to relieve the suffering of others.

That’s why they’re called “bleeding heart liberals.”

They have so much desire to relieve the suffering of the world, it bleeds out into the world.

How beautiful, huh?

I’ve never understood anyone who uses that as a denunciatory phrase.

We’re going to play with our hearts today.
