30 days of self care splendid yoga

Welcome to Day 1!

Here’s how this works:

Every morning for the next 30 days, you’re going to get an email (or if you’d prefer, a Facebook or Instagram message - just respond to this email with your preference) like the one you got to get here, with a few thoughts from me, and then three self-care activities that take varying amounts of time.

Your commitment to this program is to choose at least one of these things.

Come on, you’ve got 5 minutes.

If you don’t have 5 minutes, do the 20 minute option.

If you don’t have 20 minutes, you need the 60 minute option.

That’s just how it works.

The less time you have, the more time you need to dedicate to yourself.

That’s how you’re going to find and stay true to your purpose, manifest the money you need to serve your purpose, and create the life filled with the love and relationships you deserve.

Here’s the thing: Day 1 expires at the end of Day 1.

So you can’t save these activities up and, like, catch up on the weekend.

Take the time to honor your commitment to your best self.

Here’s the good news though: I’m going to release the entire program at the end of the month, and if you’re signed up for the whole month, you’re going to have 3 months worth of access to your favorite meditations, yoga classes, and whatever else I throw your way.

So don’t feel like you have to do everything.

But you have to do something.

Any questions? Suggestions? Specific things you want to work on? This is a dynamic program; I record these sessions depending on what the group needs. So speak up! Respond to this email, or reach out to me on Facebook or Insta. We’re here to help you.

Hooray! You get to spend 5 minutes learning how to breathe. This is a breath retention practice called khumbhaka pranayama. I’ll guide you through it.

Sweet! I’ve got a hip opening yoga practice all ready for you. We’ll play with a gentle yin practice designed to stretch out all the muscles in your hips, because I get it: your hips are tight. We’ll work on it!

Glorious! You get to take an abhyanga bath! It’s an ayurvedic ritual that stimulates your lymphatic system, softens your skin, and just feels really good. You’ll be petting yourself all day.

 Keep in touch, y’all!
