Day 19

Sahasrara chakra is the color of the universe.

That is perhaps the silliest sentence I’ve ever written.

But it’s true!

Your crown chakra deals with your universal consciousness.

It’s thought of as violet, but I’ve always seen it as the color of space.

You access it through focusing your consciousness (I find it’s easiest to start this process in the body with the breath…which is why that’s how we started this program!).

Once the focus comes easily, you deepen the consciousness, accessing that communication channel to your intuition.

Then you get to expand your consciousness! You get to accept the fundamental truth that you have all the answers inside of you.

Believe it, bub.

Hooray! Focus. Deepen. Expand.
