Let’s sweat!

You know what makes me sweat?

Doing things that scare me.

Here’s what I’m doing in my life that makes my palms sweat:

  • Releasing attachments to what I thought my life was going to be

  • Being at peace with the spiders in my life instead of begging neighbors to remove them for me

  • Asking for help from my community while I heal from a major depression phase

  • Studying for my masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine

  • Trusting that everything is how it should be, and it’s really uncomfortable
