Your lymphatic system needs you to sweat hard for at least 20 minutes every day.
Let’s do some tabatas.
They’re the quickest way to bump up my heart beat, which makes everything go faster.
Warm Up
Do some gentle, no-impact movement, just to get your muscles used to the idea that they’re about to work.
Walk on a treadmill
Do some light stretching
Ride a bike
Set Your Timer
Take your pick of exercises. You can do the same one, or a cycle.
Set a timer for 5 minutes
Go, HARD, for 20 seconds.
Rest for 10 seconds.
Rest for a full minute.
Then do it again, two more times.
