Do something nice for someone else

Look, when I’m having a really rotten day

when I wake up and my dog has pooped in my shower

when I get in a fight with a stranger or a loved one

when I feel like I’m so far away from where I want to be

the quickest way to snap myself out of it is to do something nice for someone else.

Here are some ideas:

-Craft a care package for an old friend (or send them mine)

-Bake banana bread for your neighbor

-Pay for coffee for the person behind you

-Hold the door for someone

-Let someone into your lane

-Offer a tourist who looks lost some direction

-Make a few blessings kits to keep in your car
