it can get weird, man.
Wanna work on your dreamscape?
Sometimes, you can ask your dreams for answers.
That’s what I want you to do tonight.
Before you go to sleep,
after you do your evening routine,
after you plug your phone in and turn the sound off,
ask for clarity for what’s been hard for you.
You don’t need to name anything specific.
Just have the conversation with your body, with your brain:
Hey body, hey brain. It’s a tough world! What was hard about today that we need to process tonight?
Can we process it in [insert your ideal dream world for optimum emotional processing]?
Can we process it on a warm, sandy beach?
Can we process it flying through the clouds?
Can we process it in a safe space where we can wake up laughing?
Fall asleep thinking of what you want to dream about.
