That’s your drishti: your focal point.

What is your third eye looking at?

That’s your intuition.

We’re working up to pincha mayurasana here. It’s an advanced arm balance.

Your head isn’t touching the ground - you’re balancing on your forearms!

Be careful, friends. Move with mindfulness. Don’t hurt yourself.

The point is not the pose.

The point is the practice.
