Go for a run. Walk for 10 minutes. Then walk/run 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for 20 minutes. Then walk for 10 minutes. Good job!
Ride your bike. It’s so fun! See how far you can go in a half hour, then turn around and try to beat your time back.
Dance party. Go to that one club in town that plays music you actually like. Or, you know, your living room. Really go for it, y’all. Get sweating! Here’s a dance party playlist for wide-ranging tastes.
Fitness class. Zumba. Hot yoga. Kickboxing. Spinning. Go do something fun.
