Let’s clean out our wallets!
Look, dealing with money is a part of your self-care.
That’s all there is to it.
If you aren’t in control of it, the anxiety controls you.
Here’s the first thing we’ve gotta do:
Clean out your wallet.
Get rid of all the little bits and bobs.
All the receipts.
The mementos.
The membership cards.
The credit cards.
Get it all out of there.
Wipe it all off (that stuff gets pretty gross, y’all).
Put back the stuff you need.
Not the stuff you don’t use.
Not the mementos.
Organize or throw out the receipts.
If you’re holding onto one because you need to return it, go return that thing, right now (and sign up for email receipts whenever possible, my friends, it’s SO much easier - and better for the world!).
Now go tackle that purse or backpack.
Look, money is a tricky thing to master.
If you have a weird relationship to money, I can help align you.
But because money stories and situations are SO unique, it’s work I can only do 1-on-1.
If you need help with that, you can sign up for a session with me here.
